Tarcon Africa (Private) Limited is an African company with headquarters in Zimbabwe. It is one of Zimbabwe’s largest civil engineering, construction, mining and property development companies. We have vast experience having operated for more than thirty years in the southern and central African regions (Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, Botswana, among others). We have opened offices in Juba, South Sudan in order expand our operations into East Africa. Although the Company formally began operations as Tarcon in 2001, its foundations were established in 1981. The merging of a number of earthmoving, plant hire and civil contracting companies gave birth to Tarcon.

MEET THE TEAM

Board of Directors

The Tarcon business is overseen by a Board of Directors comprising of Non and Executive Directors. This board includes subcommittees to oversee critical functions of the business. The board meets four times a year on a formal basis in formulating strategies, determining investment policies and reviewing quarterly performances against previously approved budgets. Furthermore the board is responsible for identifying risk areas, monitoring and developing solutions to these areas.
